  My second-favorite Best Buy in the area they have a wide selection of electronics. If you're building a PC this is one of the best buns that does not typically carry as much as other stores when it comes to components. However if you're looking for appliances it seems like this place has more appliances than the other Best Buy's around. if you're building a gaming rig the one in Pleasant Hill has many more components

  Great service is not what I'd say I receive here - they do get the job done but it takes them forever and it's not usually due to understaffing - they'll be goofing off or going away from their posts and if you get into the wrong line and then find out you were supposed to be in a different one - have fun waiting for the responsable personnel to make their way back. There's some really good people too though.

  It was almost 7pm so i guess store was ready to close, staff were all gathered around everywhere chitchatting loudly. I attempted to ask the crowd of staff to see where I can find the item I want, but they were so loud they didnt notice me. The thing i hate about retail store is i have to walk around to find the item i want, very inconvenient and time wasting. So I tried to save my time by asking the staff where i can find the items and got ignored. I stood there until they finish their lovely chit chat time, finally was able to grab one of them. He showed me where the item is nicely but I was already irritated. And guess what... the price was almost double of what I could find from Amazon!! Omg... I made myself a bitter smile and blamed myself why I came here when I could just order stuff online fast, easy and cheap.. duh!! One star!
