  I previous had wonderful experiences at this store. I was kindly greeted at the door. The associates were helpful. Unfortunately today, I experienced some racial profiling, as soon as I entered the store this white entitled person approached me at the door, asking me what I wanted , not hello how are u today. But specifically asking me what I doing there. After two rude times of her asking me. I said shopping I am shopping. She then walked around to look at me and then told me to give her my bag, not asking if I had an exchange, I gave her look, then again she said I'll take that bag at the register if it is an exchange. HUMILIATED, embarrassed in front of the customers in the store, I told her, I don't need to shop here, if you think I'm here to steal. I walked out, I never experienced something so horrible in my life. To make matter I called the store to complain and of course they women answered and apologizes. I just want her to realize, she should treat people the way she wants to be treated. I'm upset and I will not shop there again.

  We always had a good experience at Carter's (perimeter village) however this time we had a very bitter experience. We we're assisted by Georgina or Gina I guess. She was very arrogant and discourteous. She was so impatient that she was not even interested to check our coupons. I wish the managers would look into it and ensure that customers are given due respect
